In March 2016 the O’Neill Government launched their SME Policy 2016,In March 2016 the O’Neill Government launched their SME Policy 2016,comprising the SME Policy 2016 and a Master Plan 2016-2030.
The objective of the SME Policy 2016 is to support and grow the SME sector inorder to create new employment opportunities, achieve sustainable economic growth outside the resources sector, and achieve a fair and equitable distribution of wealth.
The Policy has set itself some ambitious goals by 2030.
